So many people here are obsessed with what they eat and their workouts. I cannot live off a chicken breast and piece of lettuce. My mom says I eat like a linebacker and I agree.

Although I am committed to health, I know that occasional doughnuts will not kill me. Croissants in moderation are not harmful. And drinking 2% or whole milk doesn’t matter. It tastes much better too.

Living fat-free is no way to live. And I have before. For years I drank non-fat lattes. I don’t know what I was doing with my life. I recently switched to full-fat dairy products, and have been choosing fat and protein over more carbs, and I’ve noticed a shift in my hunger.

For years I have lived hungry, with crashing blood sugar, and a famished stomach that overpowered me. I felt hungry all the time and when it was time for the next meal I felt like I was dying until I got it. Now that I eat so much more fat and protein, my hunger is under control. I am not starving and I feel much stronger.

  • Chicken and turkey jerky
  • Avocado
  • Almonds
  • Cheese
  • Eggs
